· In absence of Supervisor,conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operationalrequirements are known

· Process amendments toreservations such as extensions, early departures, etc

· Manage “no show” reservationsby investigation and recording of same

· Record special billingarrangements for groups and conventions

· Liaise with Front OfficeManager or Finance Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval

· Maintain knowledge of specialrates/ offers/ promotions

· Monitor reservation levels andinform Managers of current and future occupancy rates

· Works with superior in thepreparation and management of the Department’s budget
