To assist the Team Leader in the day-to-dayoperations of the Lounge / Bar in such a manner as to maximize revenues andminimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction,associate welfare.

Operationstasks the Food & Beverage Department餐饮部运营任务
1、Pick up bar bank and guest checks from prescribedarea.
摆设吧台,准备备用金及客人账单。
2、Set up bar—unlocking liquor, icing, glassware,juices, & garnishes setup.
布置吧台—准备酒、饮料、玻璃器皿、果汁和装饰物。
3、Accept drink orders from servers in proper callingorder via Infrasys to keep bar service at optimum level of service for ourguests.
通过Infrasys系统接受服务员的订单,以保证酒吧服务。
4、Total compliance with conditions as outlined inbeverage service personnel work agreement.
要遵循所同意的饮料服务人员指导大纲。
5、All cocktails are to be made in accordance withMarriott standard beverage manual and Marriott bar guide, using the standardjigger at all times.
所有鸡尾酒的制作应符合万豪的酒水标准,任何时候都要使用标准的量杯。
6、Have available the Marriott beverage manual &the Marriott bar guide, beverage department standard operating procedures,sanitation checklist.
了解万豪酒吧的指导方针,酒水部门的运营标准及卫生标准。
7、Enforce operational Standards that are periodicallyreviewed & updated, maintain a smooth daily operation in the restaurant.
确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。
8、Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety andsanitation standards at all times.
始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。
9、Assist the follow-up after the maintenanceinspection on a day basis.
做好每日预防性的维修检查。
10、Anticipate guests' service needs, including askingquestions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening toguest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
预计客人的需求,包括通过观察和倾听客人的喜好向客人提问的方式,随时向客人提供专业的服务。
