5. Ensuring the development and execution of plans and actions for the improvement & marketing of Restaurant outlet offerings.

6. Develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.

7. Ensuring in developing, monitoring and taking corrective action of annual operating budget, via:- 确保完成以下报表
· Controllable Costs 成本控制
· Progress Reports 进展报告
· P&L Statement损益表
