Your future mission 岗位职责:
Account director will be responsible for selling hotel room, catering and food and beverage to targeted luxury brands and Accor Luxury Collective, lifestyle, beauty, cosmetic, fashion, culture & art, music concert etc. industry to achieve business goals and objectives through sales solicitation and overall co-ordination. This role will also involve event management.
客户总监负责销售酒店房间、宴会和餐饮场所;负责奢侈品牌及雅高奢华旅行商渠道、生活方式品类、美妆、时尚时装、文化和艺术、收藏拍卖、明星演唱会领域的生意机会。通过敏锐的洞察力、沟通和谈判能力实现销售收入指标。这个岗位会涉及跟进负责客户在店活动的工作内容。
You are 岗位要求:
1. Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in a similar position in a luxury international hotel brand.
在奢华国际酒店内从事至少五年同等岗位的经验。
3. Mastering the knowledge of sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work.
掌握出色的销售的技能、技巧知识,并具有较强的实践经验,以及积极的工作态度。
4. Excellent team management experience.
优秀的团队管理经验,能够激励并带领销售团队达成目。
5. Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
