【岗位职责】
【 Job Responsibilities】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作,完成公司下达的销售指标;
Be responsible for the sales of hotel rooms, conferences, catering and other products, and complete the sales targets assigned by the company.
2、开发新客户资源,维护现有客户关系,定期拜访重点客户,提升客户满意度;
Develop new customer resources, maintain existing customer relationships, visit key customers regularly, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3、根据市场动态及客户需求,制定销售策略并推动执;
Based on market dynamics and customer demands, formulate sales strategies and promote their implementation.
4、参与商务谈判,签订销售合同,跟进合同履行情况;
Participate in business negotiations, sign sales contracts, and follow up on the performance of the contracts;
5、收集市场信息及竞争对手动态,及时反馈并提出合理化建议;
Collect market information and competitor dynamics, provide timely feedback and put forward reasonable suggestions;
6、协助策划并执行酒店营销活动,提升品牌影响力;
Assist in planning and implementing hotel marketing activities to enhance brand influence;
7、定期提交销售报告及客户分析数据,确保销售数据的准确性。
Regularly submit sales reports and customer analysis data to ensure the accuracy of sales data.

1、具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户服务意识,能独立完成销售任务;
Possess strong market development capabilities and customer service awareness, and be capable of independently completing sales tasks.
2、良好的沟通协调能力及谈判技巧,能够高效处理客户需求;
Good communication and coordination skills as well as negotiation techniques, capable of efficiently handling customer demands;
3、具备一定的抗压能力,适应快节奏工作环境;
Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and adapt to a fast-paced working environment;
4、熟悉酒店行业销售流程及市场运作模式者优先;
Those who are familiar with the sales process and market operation mode of the hotel industry are preferred;
5、熟练使用办公软件,具备基本的数据分析能力;
Proficient in using office software and possessing basic data analysis capabilities.
