Job Responsibilities
协助客房经理监管客房、公共区域和洗衣房的各项事务,确保实现和维护高标准。
Assist housekeeping manager in the supervision of guest rooms, common areas and laundry to ensure the realization and maintenance of high standards.

Guide employees in daily affairs, plan and assign work, set performance goals for each employee. Provide guidance, counseling and regular feedback to employees, solve various conflicts among employees, improve employee performance
按照政府要求和安全法规教育和培训全体员工。确保员工接受适当的培训,保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备
Educate and train all employees in accordance with government requirements and safety regulations. Ensure that employees receive appropriate training and are provided with the tools and equipment they need to perform their jobs
通过与其它部门领导进行日常沟通和协作促进团队协作、提高服务质量
Promote team cooperation and improve service quality through daily communication and collaboration with other department leaders
可能需要在高峰时段协助客房员工工作,并协助大清洁项目
May be required to assist housekeeping staff during peak hours and assist with major cleaning projects

Guest experience
检查公共区域、客房/套房、设备、床单是否干净整洁,状态良好,向团队成员提出改进建议
Check public areas, rooms套房, equipment and sheets to see if they are clean, tidy and in good condition, and make suggestions for improvement to team members
承担客房全部例行职责,包括但不限于整理床铺、吸尘打扫等,确保宾客满意
Assume all routine responsibilities of the guest room, including but not limited to making beds, vacuuming and cleaning, etc., to ensure guest satisfaction
处理宾客投诉和特殊要求,让宾客百分百满意
Handle guest complaints and special requests, make guests 100% satisfied
满足宾客、贵宾和回头客的特殊需求和要求
To meet the special needs and requirements of guests, VIPs and repeat customers

帮助制定部门运营预算和财务计划。监控预算、控制费用,重点是提升工作效率
Help to develop departmental operational budgets and financial plans. Monitor budgets and control costs, with a focus on improving work efficiency
维持适宜的库存水平,控制每间客房的消耗品与人力成本(例如:床上用品、浴室布草的再利用和洗衣房运营等)
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control consumables and labor costs per room (e.g. reuse of bedding, bath linen and laundry operations)

Business accountability
及时、高效订购各种所需物资和设备,减少浪费,促进“绿色”环保(如:循环使用容器、节约清洁剂等)
Order all kinds of materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner to reduce waste and promote "green" environmental protection (such as recycling containers, saving cleaning agents, etc.)
可能需要负责维护关于安全保管拾遗物件的规程
May be responsible for maintaining procedures for safe custody of found items

我们对您的要求:
Job Requirements
高中、中等学历或同等学历;
High school, secondary education or equivalent;
1年客房部主管工作经验,需参加过管理岗位的培训或有管理工作经验。
One year working experience as room department supervisor, who has participated in management training or has management experience.
