As a housekeeping staff, you are required to provide cleaning services for public areas according to the hotel's standards for cleanliness and appearance.

Daily Responsibilities
熟悉酒店所有公共区域
Familiar with all public areas of the hotel
确保及时完成日常保洁工作
Ensure daily cleaning is completed in time
有效地处理应急事件
Effectively handle emergency events
与客房部主管沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜,汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议
Communicate with the room supervisor about the use of chemical cleaning products, report the problems found and put forward corresponding rectification suggestions
掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求
Keep track of all kinds of special activities in the hotel to find and meet the needs of guests
熟悉酒店情况,向客人提供相关信息
Be familiar with hotel conditions and provide relevant information to guests
乐于帮助客人,并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点
Be willing to help guests and accompany them to the designated place in the hotel according to their requirements
向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉
Report major complaints from guests to superior leaders
安全正确地使用保洁设备
Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly
合理保持保洁用品的存货量
Maintain reasonable inventory of cleaning supplies
尽可能对资源进行回收再利用
Recycle resources as much as possible

Strong body and health —— Occasional lifting or pushing/pulling of 50lbs (23kg) May require bending over and kneeling to perform some tasks Read and write —— Have basic reading/writing skills and math knowledge Flexible schedule —— You may need to work at night, weekends and/or holidays
