Job Responsibilities
按照年度市场销售计划管理销售工作和活动,完成并超越酒店的预算和销售战略目标。
Manage sales operations and activities according to the annual market sales plan, achieving and exceeding the hotel's budget and sales strategic objectives.

Monitor competitors' activities and assist in tracking market trends.

Sales leads are provided to the right people Within the IHG,
根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。
According to the established goals in the sales strategy, sell to new, existing and potential customers, and negotiate with them to agree the most suitable price to obtain the maximum profit.
通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。
Provide services to existing customers through customer management.
销售酒店的所有设施。
Sales of all hotel facilities.
设立和保持定期的销售拜访模式,与目标市场的主要人物会面。
Establish and maintain a regular sales visit pattern to meet key people in the target market.
指导和进行市场调研和分析。
Guide and conduct market research and analysis.
根据酒店的营业需要,与业务联系人、会务策划者、游客和会展局、旅行社、旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门和其它客人发展并保持联系。
Develop and maintain contact with business contacts, conference planners, tourists, convention bureaus, travel agencies, tourism operators, airlines, corporate clients, government departments and other guests according to the operational needs of the hotel.
通过参与当地市场的各种活动在当地市场上树立良好形象。
Establish a good image in the local market by participating in various activities in the local market.
对客户进行拜访、招待客户。
Visit and entertain customers.
策划并实施使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
Plan and implement field visits to familiarize guests with the environment.
需要时出差对酒店进行推销,发展潜在的业务机会。
When necessary, promote the hotel to develop potential business opportunities.
与所在区域内的洲际酒店集团成员和区域预订办公室保持定期联系。
Maintain regular contact with intercontinental hotel group members and regional booking offices in the region.
监测现有业务,并在销售策略会上提出建议以扩大业务。
Monitor existing business and make recommendations at sales strategy meetings to expand the business.

Confidence represents the ability of a hotel, brand and company to interact with customers, employees and third parties
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力
Ability to solve problems, reason, appeal, organize and train
精通微软办公软件
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
良好的写作技能
Good writing skills
最好具有市场营销,酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的学士学位或大专学历
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, hotel management, business administration or related fields is preferred
2年相关工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent educational and work experience.
