Be responsible for the reception and management of the hotel's front office department, be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities, and ensure they are in good condition.
负责酒店前厅部的接待和管理工作,熟知前厅服务设施的功能,处于完好状态。
Assist the general manager and other departments in achieving the hotel's revenue targets.
协助总经理和其他部门完成酒店的收益目标。
Achieve the highest occupancy rate of guest rooms and obtain the best guest room revenue.
使客房达到最高出租率,获取最佳的客房收入。
Assist the restaurant in completing service work.
协助餐厅完成服务工作。
Maintain good customer relationships and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
保持良好的客户关系,能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。
Assist the hotel and higher-level leaders in handling emergencies.
协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。
Position requirements岗位要求
College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position. Experience in the front desk of Hilton and proficiency in Opera are preferred.
大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验2年以上。有希尔顿前厅经验,会使用Opera优先。
Be familiar with the operation and management of the hotel front desk, and have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作,具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
Good command of English, strong coordination and management skills, and certain sales capabilities.
英语良好,有较强的协调管理能力,具有一定的销售能力。
Have a comprehensive grasp of the basic financial knowledge related to front desk cashiering and be capable of handling financial issues involved in daily service processes.
全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识,能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
