Position Description岗位职责
Assist the manager in being responsible for the overall operation and management of the housekeeping department; Assign and supervise the work of employees and formulate work plans.
协助经理负责客房部的整体经营和运作;分配督导员工工作,制定工作计划。
Ensure that the departmental costs and various expenses are well controlled.
确保部门成本及各项费用,得以良好的控制。
According to the operation standards of the resort, the rooms, facilities, equipment and various items are inspected at any time.
根据度假村的运营标准,随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。
Formulate the annual budget of the department and ensure that the department's operating expenses are controlled within the budget.
制定部门的年度预算,并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。
Inspect the facilities and management of the housekeeping department, conduct spot checks and improve the overall work quality and efficiency of this department.
检查客房部的设施和管理,抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。
Organize the formulation of departmental work procedures and work evaluations.
组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。
Position requirements岗位要求
Have working experience in room management of five-star chain hotels.
有五星级连锁酒店客房管理工作经验。
Familiar with the professional knowledge of the housekeeping department, proficient in using computers, and holding the housekeeping Department manager's on-the-job certificate or qualification certificate.
熟悉客房部专业知识,熟练使用电脑,持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。
Be familiar with the management of guest rooms, service processes and quality standards.
掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
Possess organizational and coordination skills, adaptability, business operation capabilities, as well as written expression skills and information management skills.
具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
