职位描述Job Descriptions:
1.拟定并不断修改完善前厅各项工作制度、服务标准和程序,并指导实施;
Formulate and continuously revise and improve various work systems, service standards and procedures for the front office, and guide their implementation;
2.巡视、督导餐厅工作对全体员工的日常工作、服务质量,保证高质量的服务水平;
Inspect and supervise the restaurant work, including the daily work and service quality of all employees, to ensure a high levelof service;
3.检查餐厅全体员工仪表仪容和执行规章制度的情况;
Check the appearance and grooming of all restaurant employees and their compliance with rules and regulations;
4. 督导员工对所辖范围内的设施设备进行维护保养;
Supervise employees to maintain and service the facilities and equipment within their jurisdiction;
5. 协助组织前厅员工的培训工作,定期对下属进行绩效考核,并提出奖惩建议;
Assist in organizing training for front office staff, conduct regular performance evaluations of subordinates, and put forward suggestions on rewards and punishments;
6.做好餐厅员工的内部协调工作及营业部与其他部门的沟通工作,尤其是前厅与后厨之间的关系,以确保工作效率,减少不必要的差错。
Do a good job in coordinating internal restaurant staff and communicating between the business department and other departments,especially the relationship between the front hall and the back kitchen, to ensure work efficiency and reduce unnecessary mistakes.
7.完成上级领导交付的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求Job Requirements :
1. 有志向的男生/女生,本科以上学历,具备英语沟通能力及领导力;
Ambitious boys/girls, with a bachelor's degree or above, and having Englishcommunication skills and leadership abilities;
2.保持跨部门良好沟通及互动;
