1、3年同职位或5年主管以上五星级酒店相关工作经验
2、具有强电和机械方面的知识
3、熟悉酒店工程设备维护和保养
4、根据总工的指示，做好任务分配，并在任务完成的过程中进行跟进和指导
5、定期对机房、相关系统和设备的运转进行检查，并及时给出反馈
6、对班组内涉及到的维修维保单做好记录和存档
7、管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度
8、监督和检查各部门的设备安全操作，对违反的行为进行制止
9、确保紧急处理程序的执行和实施，并协调工程部工作程序以对应其它事故
1. At least 3 years of working experience in the same position or 5 years ofsupervisory
experience in five-star hotel
2. Knowledgeable of hotel electrical and mechanic knowledge
3. Familiar with hotel engineering equipment maintenance and repairs
4. Assign tasks according to the instructions of the Chief Engineer, follow-upwith and
guiding the completion of tasks
5. Regularly check the operation of the machine room, related systems andequipment,
and give timely feedback
6. Responsible for recording and filing the maintenance policies involved in the shift
7. Manage the system's materials, staff borrowing tools as well as theregistration and
storage system of receiving materials
8. Supervise and inspect the safe operation of equipment in all departmentsand prevent
violations
9. Ensure the execution and implementation of emergency procedures, coordinating
with engineering procedures for other incidents
