·        检查收银设备的准备工作。
·        与主管或经理检查预定,并确认人数较多的预定。
·        对经过的客人问候并提供菜单和抱以微笑。
·        微笑服务,协助客人就座,储存外套或背包,并作自我介绍。
·        为客人引位,并询问客人希望就座于吸烟区或非吸烟区。
·        提供报纸给所有用早餐的客人或独自用餐的客人。
·        确保所有服务都符合标准。
·        满足客人要求,如果不能满足,提供客人另外的选择。
·        在对所有客人的服务中尽到职责。
·        满足客人的各项要求,如不能马上答复客人,请与经理联系。
·        Undertake steps to ensurethat the cashiers’ desk is ready and set for service.
·        Check reservations with theSupervisor / Manager and confirm any large bookings for the 
next serviceperiod.
·        Greet guests with smilesand offer assistance with coats, bags, etc., introducing yourself.
·        Escort guests to a tableand ask if they would prefer a smoking or non-smoking table.
·        Greet all guests who walkpast your outlet and offer them menus to view when 
appropriate.
·        Offer the newspapers to allbreakfast guests and any single diners.
·        Ensure that all serviceprocedures are carried out to the standards required.
·        Accommodate any guestrequest or offer appropriate alternatives.
·        Take personalresponsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated 
area.
·        Follow-up on any guestquestions or queries immediately, and if you don’t have the 
answer, check withyour Supervisor / Manager.
