Security Ambassador 保安形象岗

【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for the safety and
security of guests, employees and establishment needs
2. 负责酒店宾客、员工及设施的安全保卫工作
3. Implement procedures for
security and emergency incidents
4. 执行安全和紧急事件处理程序
5. In the event of fire, be
thoroughly familiar with and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan
6. 发生火灾时，应熟知并按照酒店应急事件处理要求进行工作
7. Be familiar with location of
fire alarms and fire fighting equipment
8. 熟悉消防报警及灭火器材的位置
9. Maintain a regular presence in
public area or your assigned post
10. 保持定期的在公共区域或所负责的岗位值勤
11. Patrol all areas including
employee locker rooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking
and remote areas
12. 巡视酒店的所有区域，包括员工更衣室、厨房、餐饮库房、停车场及其他偏僻区域
13. Assist and maintain crowd
control as required
14. 按照要求协助维持人群的正常秩序
15. Ensure all outlets, fridges,
cupboards etc are fully secured when not in use or unattended
16. 确保所有未被使用的电源插座、冰箱、厨柜等的安全
17. Act on reports delivered by the
Security Manager regarding any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit
television
18. 根据保安管理员通过闭路监视系统发现的异常情况采取相应行动
19. Ensure there is no obstruction
to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed
20. 确保裝卸区无障碍，未经批准的车辆不得入内
21. Implement the hotel policies
and procedures and advise Superiors and Human Resources of action taken
22. 执行酒店的各项规章制度并向上级领导和人事部通报执行情况
23. Report directly and explain
with details if any problem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to
superior or log book
24. 直接向上级领导汇报并详细解释发现的问题或损坏财产设备的情况或在工作日志中记录相关事宜
25. Be correct, secure and
courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case
26. 正确、安全、礼貌地处理各类违规及犯罪案件
27. Be alert for any unusual
packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same
28. 对于异常的行李、客人或车辆保持高度警惕，并向上级领导汇报相关情况
29. Be thoroughly familiar of the
property layout, design, entry and exit points
30. 熟悉酒店布局、设计及出入口的情况
【岗位要求】
1. Height of 180 cm above, with a professional appearance
2. 身高180cm及以上，具备良好的职业形象
3. Basic security awareness and emergency response capability
4. 具备基本的安保意识和应急处理能力
5. Diligent and responsible; able to adapt to shift work
6. 工作认真负责，能适应倒班工作制
7. Strong service orientation and communication skills; fluent Mandarin required
8. 具有良好的服务意识和沟通能力，普通话标准
9. Military veterans or candidates with relevant experience preferred
10. 退伍军人或有相关工作经验者优先考虑
11. No criminal record; upright character and strong sense of responsibility
12. 无犯罪记录，品行端正，责任心强
