创意设计经理（薪资面议）

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店所有视觉设计内容与输出品质。
Responsible for all visual design contents and output quality of the hotel.
2. 参与摄影与视频素材创意指导。
Participate in creative guidance for photography and video materials.
3. 完成活动视觉、餐饮推广素材设计。
Complete visual design for events and catering promotion materials.
4. 维护酒店视觉资产库与品牌模板。
Maintain the hotel visual asset library and brand templates.
5. 跟踪设计趋势，提升品牌整体审美呈现。
Follow design trends and improve the overall aesthetic presentation of the brand.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2年以上奢华酒店或高端品牌设计经验。
At least 2 years of design experience in luxury hotels or high-end brands.
2. 熟练使用PS、AI、ID等设计软件，具备摄影或短视频制作能力者优先。
Proficient in PS, AI, ID and other design software; photography or short video production capability is preferred.
3. 审美能力出色，需求理解准确，工作细致严谨。
Excellent aesthetic ability, accurate demand understanding and meticulous working attitude.
4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，可在多任务环境下高效完成工作交付。
Good cross-department communication skills and able to deliver work efficiently under multitask environment.
