岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒单设计、更新与库存管理。
Responsible for wine list design, update and inventory management.
2. 为宾客提供专业餐酒搭配与侍酒服务。
Provide professional food and wine pairing and sommelier services for guests.
3. 培训团队葡萄酒知识与销售技巧。
Train the team on wine knowledge and sales skills.
4. 策划酒会、品鉴活动并合作推广。
Plan wine receptions and tasting events and cooperate in promotion.
5. 输出销售数据与增长策略。
Analyze sales data and propose growth strategies.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上高端餐厅或奢华酒店侍酒经验。
At least 3 years of sommelier experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
2. 持有WSET3等相关证书者优先。
Candidates with WSET3 or relevant certificates are preferred.
3. 具备扎实的专业葡萄酒知识与良好的服务礼仪。
Solid professional wine knowledge and excellent service etiquette.
4. 具备良好的沟通能力与英文基础。
Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
