岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 提供迎宾、引领、茶饮准备、日常协助等中式礼仪服务。
Provide Chinese etiquette services including guest greeting, escorting, tea preparation and daily assistance.
2. 完成个性化客房布置与细节呈现。
Complete personalized room layout and detailed service presentation.
3. 进行基础熨烫、收纳与整理。
Provide basic clothes ironing, storage and arrangement services.
4. 协助宾客预约、咨询、代办需求。
Assist guests with reservations, consultations and errand requests.
5. 跨部门沟通,确保无缝服务。
Communicate with various departments to ensure seamless service.
6. 协助更新客史并处理简单客诉。
Assist in updating guest history and handling simple guest complaints.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 1–2年酒店经验或优秀应届生。
1-2 years of hotel working experience or outstanding fresh graduates.
2. 具备服务意识与中式礼仪基础。
Possess service awareness and basic Chinese etiquette literacy.
3. 仪容端庄、执行力强、注重细节。
Neat appearance, strong execution and meticulous in work.
4. 具备基础英语能力,掌握多语言者更佳。
Basic English skills; multi-language ability is a plus.
