岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 协助监督客房送餐与到府家宴的整体运营。
Assist in supervising the overall operation of in-room dining and private home banquet service.
2. 确保餐具、餐车、温控设备等的清洁与维护。
Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of tableware, service carts and temperature control equipment.
3. 处理客诉与特殊需求,确保快速、贴心的服务体验。
Handle guest complaints and special requests to provide efficient and considerate service experience.
4. 协助团队排班、培训与日常管理。
Assist in staff scheduling, training and daily team management.
5. 支持会议、婚礼等活动的送餐协调工作。
Support meal delivery coordination for meetings, weddings and other events.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2-3年以上奢华酒店相关经验。
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟悉送餐与小型宴会服务流程。
Familiar with in-room dining and small banquet service procedures.
3. 沟通能力优秀,能处理突发状况。
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle emergencies.
4. 英语能力良好。
Good English proficiency.
5. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
