岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责西餐厨房整体运营,确保出品品质稳定。
Responsible for the overall operation of the western kitchen to ensure stable product quality.
2. 制作、开发菜单并优化菜品呈现。
Produce and develop menus, and optimize food presentation.
3. 管理食品成本、库存与供应链。
Manage food cost, inventory and supply chain.
4. 培训厨房团队,提升技能与效率。
Train kitchen team to improve professional skills and working efficiency.
5. 与前厅紧密沟通,及时处理客诉与反馈。
Communicate closely with the front of house and handle guest complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 至少10年西餐烹饪经验,3年以上厨师长经验。
At least 10 years of western cuisine cooking experience and more than 3 years of head chef experience.
2. 熟悉地中海菜及现代西餐料理趋势。
Familiar with Mediterranean cuisine and modern western food trends.
3. 熟练控制成本与厨房运营管理。
Skilled in cost control and kitchen operation management.
4. 英语能力良好。
Good English proficiency.
5. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
