岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 全面负责西点/烘焙厨房运营。
Fully manage the operation of pastry and bakery kitchen.
2. 开发甜品、烘焙与季节性菜单。
Develop dessert, bakery and seasonal menus.
3. 管控食品成本、质量与库存。
Control food cost, quality and inventory.
4. 培训团队并监督制作标准。
Train team members and supervise production standards.
5. 协助进行厨房卫生检查和合规管理。
Assist in kitchen hygiene inspection and compliance management.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 至少6年西点厨房经验,3年以上管理经验。
At least 6 years of pastry kitchen experience and more than 3 years of management experience.
2. 熟悉高端西点制作、配方管理与呈现。
Familiar with high-end pastry production, formula management and food presentation.
3. 具备团队培训能力和创新能力。
Possess team training ability and innovative thinking.
4. 英语能力良好。
Good English proficiency.
5. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
