岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 全面管理中餐厅运营,保证服务质量与品牌标准。
Fully manage the operation of the Chinese restaurant to ensure service quality and brand standards.
2. 巡视餐厅环境、员工仪容、餐桌摆台等,确保整洁有序。
Inspect restaurant environment, staff appearance, table settings and other details to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
3. 与厨房协调每日特色菜及促销活动。
Coordinate with the kitchen on daily special dishes and promotional activities.
4. 负责团队培训、绩效管理与服务提升。
Responsible for team training, performance management and service improvement.
5. 处理客人反馈,确保高满意度并推动持续改进。
Handle guest feedback, ensure high guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华酒店餐饮管理经验。
At least 5 years of catering management experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟悉中餐厅运营及国际服务标准。
Familiar with Chinese restaurant operations and international service standards.
3. 具备团队管理与危机处理能力。
Possess team management and crisis handling capabilities.
4. 英语听说读写良好。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
5. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
