机电设备工程师/主管

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店电力、给排水、空调、蒸汽等机电系统的日常运行与维护保养。
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of hotel electromechanical systems including electricity, water supply, air conditioning and steam systems.
2. 制定设备保养计划，并监督落地执行。
Formulate equipment maintenance plans and supervise implementation.
3. 指导团队完成各项维修工作，确保作业安全、合规。
Guide the team to complete maintenance tasks and ensure safe and compliant operation.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3-5年以上奢华酒店机电工作经验，国际品牌酒店经验优先。
At least 3-5 years of electromechanical working experience in luxury hotels; international brand experience is preferred.
2. 熟悉酒店各类机电系统运行原理及故障处理方法。
Familiar with hotel electromechanical system operation and troubleshooting.
3. 具备良好的团队管理与统筹能力。
Possess good team management and coordination skills.
4. 有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
