装饰设备工程师/主管

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店泥瓦、木工、油漆相关维修作业。
Responsible for masonry, carpentry and painting maintenance works of the hotel.
2. 维护酒店家具、客房装修及公共区域装饰完好状态。
Maintain good condition of hotel furniture, room decorations and public area furnishings.
3. 制作家具结构，完成各类木制品修复工作。
Fabricate furniture structures and repair wooden products.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3-5年以上奢华酒店泥瓦、木工或油漆相关工作经验。
At least 3-5 years of working experience in masonry, carpentry or painting in luxury hotels.
2. 精通各类施工材料及施工流程。
Proficient in construction materials and working procedures.
3. 工作细致严谨，责任心强。
Meticulous in work and highly responsible.
4. 有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
