暖通设备工程师/主管

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店暖通、空调、冷库等设备的日常检查与保养工作。
Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of hotel HVAC, air conditioning and cold storage equipment.
2. 按计划完成各类暖通系统的清洁与维护工作，保障设备正常运行。
Complete regular cleaning and maintenance of relevant systems as scheduled.
3. 处理暖通类维修工单，排查设备问题，提升设备运行效率。
Handle HVAC service orders, troubleshoot problems and improve equipment operating efficiency.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3-5年以上奢华酒店暖通相关工作经验。
At least 3-5 years of HVAC working experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟悉制冷、通风系统结构与运行原理。
Familiar with the structure and operation of refrigeration and ventilation systems.
3. 具备快速故障分析与问题解决能力。
Able to analyze and solve equipment problems efficiently.
4. 有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
