岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 统筹酒店全部门布草、制服的清洗、发放、回收及存储工作,保障物资数量、品质及周转效率。
Manage the cleaning, distribution, recovery and storage of hotel linen and uniforms to ensure qualified quantity, quality and turnover efficiency.
2. 监督布草洗涤质量,对接洗衣厂,确保洗涤标准符合酒店要求。
Supervise linen washing quality and communicate with laundry suppliers to meet hotel standards.
3. 负责制服发放、借用、退库、换季管理,统筹新制服定制对接工作。
Manage uniform distribution, borrowing, returning and seasonal replacement, and coordinate new uniform customization.
4. 定期盘点布草、制服库存,确保账实相符。
Conduct regular inventory checks of linen and uniforms to ensure consistent accounts and actual stock.
5. 规范布草运输流程,提升流转效率,降低物资损耗。
Optimize linen transportation procedures to improve circulation efficiency and reduce loss.
6. 开业筹备期间,参与布草与制服采购、数量规划及款式确认;搭建布草、制服房运营流程及台账体系,完成开业物资入库与系统建档工作。
During pre-opening period, participate in linen and uniform procurement, quantity planning and style confirmation; establish operation processes and account systems, and complete warehousing and system filing.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上奢华酒店布草房、制服房主管管理经验。
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel linen and uniform room.
2. 熟悉布草、制服管理流程及洗涤作业工序。
Familiar with linen and uniform management procedures and washing processes.
3. 熟练操作办公软件,具备良好的沟通协调能力。
Proficient in office software with good communication and coordination skills.
4. 具备基础英语沟通能力者优先。
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
5. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
