岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责全日制或西餐厨房的生产管理、出品质控与团队日常工作安排。
Responsible for production management, quality control and daily team scheduling of all-day dining or Western kitchen.
2. 协助西餐厨师长执行菜单、食材管理、成本控制。
Assist the Western chef in menu implementation, ingredient management and cost control.
3. 指导下属岗位,确保食品安全和厨房卫生符合标准。
Guide junior staff and ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene meet standards.
4. 配合活动、推广菜品研发。
Support dish development for promotional events and marketing activities.
5. 筹备开业期间协助厨房布局确认、设备验收、开业菜单训练与出品标准建立。
Assist in kitchen layout confirmation, equipment acceptance, opening menu training and production standard establishment during pre-opening period.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上西餐厨房管理经验,具备团队带班能力。
At least 3 years of Western kitchen management experience with team leading ability.
2. 熟悉西餐烹饪技能、成本控制与食品安全流程。
Familiar with Western cooking skills, cost control and food safety procedures.
3. 有米其林/黑珍珠经验者加分。
Michelin or Black Pearl experience is a plus.
4. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验优先考虑。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
