岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 按照酒店标准烹制菜品,保障菜品口味、品质及摆盘符合品牌规范。
Cook dishes in accordance with hotel standards to ensure consistent taste, stable quality and brand-compliant plating.
2. 严格遵守食品安全及卫生管理制度,保持岗位区域整洁规范。
Strictly implement food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a clean and standardized workstation.
3. 协助厨师长开展新品研发、菜品优化及成本管控工作。
Assist the chef in new dish development, menu optimization and cost control.
4. 规范使用、保养厨房设备,及时上报设备故障,保障操作安全。
Properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment, report faults in a timely manner to ensure operational safety.
5. 严格执行食材验收、储存、标识及备货流程,减少食材损耗与浪费。
Follow standard procedures for ingredient checking, storage, labeling and stock preparation to reduce food loss and waste.
6. 指导初级厨师及学徒日常操作,助力团队整体技能提升。
Guide junior cooks and apprentices in daily operations to improve overall team capability.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2年以上酒店或高端餐厅厨房工作经验,熟练掌握岗位烹饪技能。
At least 2 years of kitchen working experience in hotels or high-end restaurants with proficient cooking skills.
2. 熟悉食品安全标准、厨房卫生规范及操作流程。
Familiar with food safety standards, kitchen hygiene rules and operating procedures.
3. 具备良好的团队协作能力与执行力,可适应快节奏工作。
Good team spirit and execution ability, able to adapt to fast-paced working environment.
4. 善于学习、乐于创新,能够配合开展新品研发工作。
Self-motivated and innovative, willing to support new dish development.
5. 能够接受轮班制工作安排。
Able to work shift schedules.
6. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
