采购主管

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 根据酒店需求制定采购计划，选择优质供应商并优化采购渠道。
Formulate procurement plans according to hotel needs, select high-quality suppliers and optimize procurement channels.
2. 跟踪市场价格与供应趋势，确保采购效率与成本控制。
Track market prices and supply trends to ensure procurement efficiency and cost control.
3. 管理供应商履约情况，维护良好合作关系。
Manage supplier performance and maintain good cooperative relationships.
4. 负责紧急物料采购及跨部门协调。
Be responsible for urgent material procurement and cross-departmental coordination.
5. 确保采购流程合规、透明并符合酒店标准。
Ensure procurement procedures are compliant, transparent and in line with hotel standards.
6. 筹备开业阶段职责包含：参与供应商筛选、招标、比价、合同建立与开业物资采购清单制定。
Pre-opening responsibilities include participating in supplier screening, bidding, price comparison, contract establishment and formulation of pre-opening material procurement list.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3 年以上奢华酒店采购经验，熟悉采购系统（如 Check SCM、PICC）。
At least 3 years of procurement experience in luxury hotels, familiar with procurement systems such as Check SCM and PICC.
2. 了解酒店物料品类、供应链流程与质量管理。
Understand hotel material categories, supply chain processes and quality management.
3. 良好的沟通与谈判能力。
Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. 英语良好。
Good English proficiency.
5. 奢华酒店筹开经验优先考虑。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
