岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店各出入口及内外围区域安全值守，维护现场秩序，做好人员疏导工作。
Manage security duty at hotel entrances, exits and surrounding areas, maintain on-site order and guide pedestrian flow.
2. 定时巡检酒店内外区域，排查安全隐患，确保设施完好、消防通道畅通无阻。
Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the hotel to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure intact facilities and unobstructed fire exits.
3. 协助处置各类突发安全事件，配合管理团队落实应急预案与现场处置工作。
Assist in handling sudden security incidents and cooperate with the management team to implement emergency plans.
4. 礼貌迎送到访宾客，耐心解答基础咨询，提供场内指引服务。
Greet and send off guests politely, answer basic inquiries and provide on-site guidance services.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 1年以上奢华场所、高端酒店安保从业经验。
At least 1 year of security working experience in luxury venues or high-end hotels.
2. 仪容仪表端正，沟通表达清晰，具备良好的突发事件应急处理能力。
Neat appearance, clear communication skills and competent in emergency response handling.
3. 持有保安员资格证书或相关安防培训证书者优先。
Candidates with valid security guard certificates or relevant security training certifications are preferred.
4. 能够适应轮班工作，责任心强，具备优秀的团队协作意识。
Able to work rotating shifts with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
