监控员（CCTV)

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店全域视频监控系统的全天候值守与巡查，及时发现、上报各类安全异常及突发事件。
Monitor the hotel’s 24-hour video surveillance system covering all premises, detect and report security abnormalities and emergencies in a timely manner.
2. 规范填写监控值班日志，调取、留存录像资料，配合内部核查及各类事件调查取证工作。
Maintain standardized surveillance logs, retrieve and preserve video records accurately, and support internal inspections and event investigations.
3. 通过监控系统联动现场安保团队，落实安全预警、实时跟进及突发事件协同处置工作。
Coordinate with on-site security staff via the surveillance system to conduct early security warning and joint emergency disposal.
4. 定期巡检监控设备运行状态，排查设备隐患，及时上报故障并跟进维修，保障系统稳定运行。
Inspect surveillance equipment regularly, check potential hazards, report faults promptly and follow up maintenance to ensure stable system operation.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 1年以上安保监控、中控室值守相关工作经验，熟悉安防系统操作流程。
At least 1 year of working experience in security monitoring or central control room duty, familiar with security system operation.
2. 工作严谨负责、观察力敏锐，具备良好的应急判断与沟通处置能力。
Responsible and meticulous with sharp observation, as well as sound emergency judgment and communication capabilities.
3. 能够适应轮班工作制，工作期间保持高度专注、严谨值守。
Able to work rotating shifts and maintain high concentration during working hours.
4. 无不良从业记录，持有保安员证或相关安防培训证书者优先。
No bad record; candidates with security guard certificates or relevant security training certificates are preferred.
