岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责餐厅宴会及包场活动销售,开发新客户、维护存量客户关系,完成个人及团队销售指标。
Responsible for restaurant banquet and private event sales, develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. 对接客户宴会需求,提供专业咨询及定制化方案,包含菜单设计、场地布置、流程规划及增值服务。
Communicate with clients for banquet requirements, provide professional consultation and customized solutions covering menu design, venue layout, process arrangement and value-added services.
3. 协调餐厅、管家、工程等相关部门,保障活动筹备与落地执行顺畅,打造优质客户体验。
Coordinate with restaurant, butler, engineering and other departments to ensure seamless event preparation and execution, and deliver high-quality guest experience.
4. 开展市场调研与竞品分析,协助制定活动促销策略与定价方案。
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the formulation of promotion strategies and pricing plans.
5. 跟进活动结算及客户回访,深耕长期客户合作,提升客户复购率与口碑推荐。
Follow up event settlement and guest feedback, develop long-term customer cooperation, and improve customer repurchase rate and word-of-mouth referrals.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上高端餐饮、奢华酒店宴会销售相关经验,拥有稳定客户资源者优先。
At least 3 years of banquet sales experience in high-end catering or luxury hotels; candidates with stable client resources are preferred.
2. 熟悉宴会销售全流程,具备优秀的商务谈判及方案展示能力。
Familiar with the full process of banquet sales with outstanding business negotiation and proposal presentation capabilities.
3. 形象气质佳,沟通表达流畅,英文流利。
Presentable appearance, excellent communication skills and fluent English proficiency.
4. 结果导向,抗压能力强,能够适配灵活的工作排班。
Result-oriented with strong stress resistance and flexibility in working hours.
5. 熟练使用Office办公软件及CRM客户管理系统,有奢华品牌筹开经验者优先。
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; candidates with luxury brand pre-opening experience are preferred.
