负责粗加工厨房的统筹管理,确保食材处理及时、标准统一。Take overall charge of the vegetable preparation kitchen, ensuring timely ingredient processing and consistent operational standards.安排原材料验收、储存、切割、腌制等工序,控制损耗。Arrange procedures including raw material receiving, storage, cutting and marinating to reduce material wastage.监督食品安全与卫生规范,确保工作区域整洁有序。Supervise food safety and hygiene regulations, and keep the working area clean and tidy.协调各厨房档口原材料供应,保障高效出餐。Coordinate raw material supply for all kitchen stations to guarantee efficient food production.
任职要求 Job Requirements
5 年以上奢华品牌酒店或高端餐饮粗加工管理经验。Over 5 years of vegetable preparation management experience in luxury hotel brands or high-end catering outlets.熟悉各类食材特性、切割标准及储存要求。Familiar with the characteristics, cutting standards and storage requirements of all kinds of raw ingredients.具备团队管理与成本控制能力,工作严谨。Capable of team management and cost control with rigorous working attitude.有奢华品牌筹开经验者优先。Candidates with pre-opening experience in luxury hotel brands are preferred.
