岗位职责/职位描述
Position Summary 职位概述：
1.清洁客房，保证客房内各项物品卫生干净整洁，摆放整齐有序。Clean the guest rooms, ensuring that all items within are hygienic, clean and tidy, and arranged in a neat and orderly manner.
2.保持楼层卫生的干净整洁。Keep the floor clean and tidy.
3.发现房间设备损坏，地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录，及时通知客房中心。If any damage to the room facilities is found, the stains on the carpet and wallpaper should be recorded and the guest room center should be informed promptly.
4.发现客房或公共区域有设备设施损坏或故障的，要及时报修。IIf you find any damage or malfunction of equipment or facilities in the guest rooms or public areas, please report it for repair immediately.
5.负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。Responsible for the collection and replacement of dirty linen, as well as the folding and placement of new linen.
6.负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充。Responsible for receiving guests' laundry, returning and replenishing beverages.
7.严格执行安全制度，确保客房安全。Strictly implement safety regulations to ensure the safety of guest rooms.
工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
1.具有客房保洁工作经验优先，熟悉保洁流程及洗涤剂、清洁工具使用等。Those with experience in guest room cleaning are preferred. Familiarity with the cleaning process and the use of cleaning agents and cleaning tools is required.
2.身体健康，能承受工作压力。In good health and capable of withstanding work pressure.
