Position Summary职位概述
1、全面负责酒店工程部的日常运营和管理工作，确保酒店设施设备的正常运行和维护
Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel Engineering Department, and ensure the normal operation and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
2、制定并执行工程部的年度、月度工作计划及预算，合理控制成本
Formulate and implement annual and monthly work plans and budgets for the Engineering Department, and reasonably control costs.
3、负责酒店各类设施设备的定期检查、维护、保养及故障维修，确保其高效、安全运行
Be responsible for regular inspection, maintenance and fault repair of various hotel facilities and equipment to ensure their efficient and safe operation.
4、协调处理突发性设备故障，及时组织抢修，减少对酒店运营的影响
Coordinate and handle sudden equipment failures, organize emergency repairs in a timely manner, and minimize impacts on hotel operations.
5、监督并落实节能降耗措施，提高能源使用效率，降低运营成本
Supervise and implement energy-saving and consumption-reduction measures, improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
6、负责工程部员工的培训、考核及工作安排，提升团队专业技能和服务水平
Be responsible for the training, assessment and work arrangement of engineering staff, and improve the professional skills and service level of the team.
7、配合其他部门完成相关工程改造、设备安装及调试工作
Cooperate with other departments to complete relevant engineering renovation, equipment installation and commissioning.
8、确保工程部工作符合国家相关法律法规及行业标准，落实安全生产责任
Ensure that the work of the Engineering Department complies with relevant national laws, regulations and industry standards, and implement work safety responsibilities.

Have good organization and coordination skills and team management experience, and be able to handle emergencies efficiently.
3、熟悉水、电、暖通、消防等系统的基本原理及操作规范
Be familiar with the basic principles and operating specifications of water, electricity, HVAC, fire protection and other systems.
4、工作认真负责，具备较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力
Work earnestly and responsibly, with strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities.
5、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与其他部门有效协作
Possess good communication skills and be able to cooperate effectively with other departments.
