POSITION SUMMARY岗位概述
The Assistant Building Equipment Engineer shall maintain the hotel facilities in a timely manner, including the hotel furniture, wallpaper, interior decoration, wood decoration, flooring, wall paint, stoneware and decorative items 助理楼宇服务工程师要及时进行维护酒店设施维修工作,包括酒店店内家具,墙纸,室内装修,木装饰,地板,墙面漆,石材和装饰物等情况。
CRITICAL TASKS 重要职责
1. Implement and implement Marriott group policies and standard procedures.落实和执行万豪集团的政策和标准程序。
2. Ensure that the work of the Engineering Department complies with local and national engineering&LP regulations, and that the specified employee guidelines are adhered to and implemented in the work.保证工程防损部工作符合当地和国家工程规定,并保证规定的职工准则在工作中得到坚持和执行。
3. Regular maintenance of guest rooms and common areas as per standard.按照标准定期进行客房和公共区域维护工作。
4. Enforce customer satisfaction standards at work.在工作中执行顾客满意标准。
5. Maintenance work to keep the maintenance place clean, civilized construction and maintenance.维修工作时保持维修场所的整洁,做到文明施工和维修。
6. Make statistics of energy consumption, master the running status of energy consumption equipment, and report to the supervisor in time if the energy consumption is abnormal or exceeds the standard.做好能源消耗统计,掌握能耗设备的运行状况,发现能耗异常或超标,应及时向主管反馈。
7. f Conscientiously implement operation procedures, equipment maintenance system and machine room management system to ensure the normal operation of equipment and acilities within the scope of jurisdiction.认真执行操作规程、设备维修保养制度及机房管理制度、确保所辖范围内的设备、设施的正常运行。
8. Make regular inspection and inspection of the equipment in charge of the office according to the division of responsibilities, and deal with the faults in time.按分工负责范围定时巡视、巡检所分管的各项设备,发现故障及时处理。
9. Make maintenance records of equipment and facilities, propose spare parts plan in advance.做好设备、设施保养记录,提前提出备品备件计划。
10. Assist professional companies and suppliers to maintain the equipment.协助专业公司、供应商对设备的维护保养工作。
11. Complete other instructions from superiors.完成上级下达的其他指令。
12. Actively participate in job training, assessment and evaluation.积极参与岗位培训、考核和评估。
13. Follow all company policies and procedures.

14. Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy,have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information.When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
