POSITION SUMMARY岗位概述
The Building Equipment Engineer is directly responsible to the Project Loss Prevention Manager to ensure that the hotel's service standards are met with the lowest operating, maintenance, repair costs and optimal operating conditions. 楼宇服务技术员直接对工程防损经理负责,保证用最低的运行、保养、维修费用和最佳的运行状态去满足酒店的服务标准。
CRITICAL TASKS 重要职责
1. Implement and implement Marriott group policies and standard procedures.落实和执行万豪集团的政策和标准程序。
2. Ensure that the work of the Engineering&LP Department complies with local and national engineering regulations, and that the specified employee guidelines are adhered to and implemented in the work.保证工程防损部工作符合当地和国家工程规定,并保证规定的职工准则在工作中得到坚持和执行。
3. Develop and improve the operation and management mode of the department, so that the operation is fast and reasonable, and can effectively ensure the safe and economical operation of the hotel facilities.制定和完善部门的运行管理模式,使其操作快捷合理,并能有效地保障酒店设备设施安全、经济地运行。
4. Summarize operation and maintenance practice experience, follow up Engineering&LP Department planned maintenance, major repair and equipment acceptance program.总结归纳运行和维修实践经验,跟进工程防损部计划性维修、大修理和设备验收方案。
5. Regularly inspect the running status of important equipment, spot check the daily maintenance work and the quality and efficiency of the adjustment project, and take effective measures in time when problems are found.定时巡检重要设备的运行状况,抽查日常维修工作及调改工程质量与效率,发现问题及时采取有效措施。
6. Responsible for budget saving operation of the department, tracking and controlling all water, electricity and gas consumption and strictly controlling maintenance costs to ensure maximum energy saving and budget saving of the hotel.负责部门的节支运行,跟踪、控制所有水、电、气消耗并严格控制维修费用,保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
7. Assist the engineering director to preside over the regular work meeting of the department, coordinate and control the work progress and quality of the department, and convey the working instructions and meeting spirit of the superior.协助工程经理主持部门工作例会,协调、控制部门工作进度与质量,传达上级工作指令、会议精神。
8. Organize and implement the annual and monthly maintenance plan of equipment.组织实施设备的年度和月度维保计划。
9. Cooperate with loss prevention supervisor to do fire safety work, ensure that the hotel fire equipment is in good condition.配合好防损督导搞好消防安全工作,保证酒店的消防设备处于良好状态。
10. In case of emergency and sudden events (power failure, water supply, gas supply, fire alarm, flooding, etc.), immediately organize personnel to take effective measures.当紧急和突发事件发生时(停电、停水、停气、火警、淹水等),立即组织人员采取有效措施。
11. Implement the operation and management of the engineering department, make the staff shift of the engineering department.落实工程部的运行和管理,制定工程部的员工班次。
12. Set up complete equipment and facilities technical files and maintenance files.建立完整的设备设施技术档案和维修档案。
13. Complete other instructions from superiors.完成上级下达的其他指令。
14. Conduct job training, assessment and evaluation for the staff.对所属员工进行岗位培训、考核和评估。
15. Follow all company policies and procedures.
遵守所有公司政策及程序。
16. Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy,have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information.When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
