职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
履行消防监控中心岗位职责，完成岗位的工作，确保酒店客人及员工的安全。
Fulfill the job responsibilities of the Fire Monitoring Center, complete the work of the position, and ensure the safety of hotel guests and staff.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
维护酒店安全秩序，尽职尽责完成岗位工作，保证酒店安全。
Keep smooth order of Hotel, fulfill the work dedicatedly, ensure the safety of Hotel.
为客人提供帮助和服务。
Offer help and service for guests.
爱护使用的通讯器材和各种安全设施。
Take good care of communication facilities and safety equipment.
严格执行酒店的规章制度，处理问题坚持原则，严格管理。
Strictly comply with the rules and regulations of Hotel, stick to work principle and strict management.
熟练掌握各种消防设施和器材的使用方法，能够组织人员扑灭初期火灾，协助人员疏散。
Skillfully operate all fire fighting equipment and facilities, organize to extinguish the fire at its
beginning, assist evacuation.
熟练掌握监控设备的使用方法，及时发现可疑人员和可疑情况。
Skillfully operate all monitoring equipment, identify suspicious individuals or situations.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
保持工作区域的高度清洁和整齐。按照酒店的标准保持个人仪表，在任何时候表现出职业形象。
Ensure a high level of cleanliness & tidiness in your work area.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
45 周岁以内。
45 years old or below.
学历要求：高中及以上学历,条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Junior high school education or above is required. The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
具备安保岗位相关一年及以上工作经验。
At least 1 years of experience in the security and fire control field.
有效清晰的沟通能力。
Able to communicate effectively and clearly.
熟悉有关酒店消防、安全生命系统和设备的知识。
Good knowledge of hotel’s life-safety systems,fire equipment and security operations.
相关证书：持有中级消防设施操作员资格证书。
Relevant certificates: Hold a qualification certificate for Intermediate Fire Facility Operator.
