职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
向客人提供有效礼貌的服务，认真执行度假村所有的服务标准和程序。
Provide effective and courteous service to guests, and implement all service standards and procedures diligently.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
参加部门培训及班前班后例会，确保始终以正确的服务理念来服务客人。
Attend departmental training sessions and pre/post-shift meetings to uphold the
service philosophy.
认真做好餐前检查工作，并按标准摆台，准备开餐前的各类用品用具。
Conduct thorough pre-meal inspections, arrange tables according to standards, and prepare all utensils before service.
负责区域设施设备的清洁保养工作，提供优雅，清洁，安全的就餐环境。
Maintain cleanliness of facilities to ensure an elegant, safe dining environment.
熟悉各类菜肴与酒水、餐具的搭配，以便在客人就餐过程中及时更换。
Master the pairing of dishes with beverages and tableware for timely
replacements during service.
密切关注指定区域的桌子和重要客人，提供优质服务。
Provide attentive service to tables in designated areas and VIP guests.
将不符合标准和程序的菜肴退回厨房。将客人的投诉和意见汇报给领班、主管。
Return any dishes that do not meet standards to the kitchen. Report guest
complaints to supervisors.
在每一班结束时，确保指定区域的清洁卫生，各个工作台中都有充足的物品留待下 班使用,并做好交接工作。
At shift end, ensure designated areas are clean, leave sufficient supplies at
workstations for post-shift use, and complete handover procedures.
完成上级交代的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
中专及以上学历，酒店管理专业优先。
Diploma or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具备餐饮相关岗位工作经验1年及以上。
At least 1 years working experience in the same position.
具备英语沟通能力。
Proficient in English communication.
对工作认真踏实，工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳。
Diligent and conscientious in work, with a proper work attitude and strong
endurance.
身体健康，仪表端正，眼明手快。
In good health, with proper appearance, flexible in handling affairs, and quick-witted.
掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有一定的西餐服务技能。
Possesses essential knowledge of food and beverages, with certain skills in Western catering services.
了解西餐服务程序，善于实际操作。
Understands the procedures of Western catering services and excels in
practical operations.
热爱本职工作，有较强的责任感，能与他人进行协作。
