职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
根据客人的需求及时、准确的将指定物品送至客人房间，协助客房服务员和楼层主管的日常工 作。协助洗衣房按需将干净布草送至楼层，脏布草集中运送进行分拣。
Deliver designated items to guests' rooms timely and accurately according to their needs, and assist room attendants and floor supervisors with their daily work. Assist the laundry to send clean linen to the floor as needed, and the dirty linen is centrally transported for sorting.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
主动热情地与客人沟通，礼貌回应客人的临时需求，如指引路线、提供额外物品等，提升客人 入住体验。
Communicate with guests actively and warmly, respond to guests' temporary needs politely, such as giving directions and providing additional items, so as to improve guests' stay experience.
严格遵守酒店的仪容仪表规范，着装整洁统一，言行举止符合酒店服务标准。
Strictly abide by the hotel's dress code, keep the uniform clean and tidy, and behave in accordance with the hotel service standards.
根据客人的需求及时、准确地将指定物品送至客人房间。

与办公室、楼层主管、服务员保持沟通联系。
Keep in touch with office、 floor supervisor and waiter.
管理和保管好办公室物品及迷你吧酒水，做好收发记录。
Manage and keep office items and mini bar drinks, and make receiving and sending records.
协助布草的配送和收回。
Assist in the delivery and retrieval of linen.
协助客房部仓库管理工作。
Assist the housekeeping department in warehouse management.
培养与其它部门良好的工作关系。
Cultivate good working relationships with other departments.
确保工作区域在任何时间内的干净和整洁。
Keep working areas neat and tidy at all times.
成为掌握客房服务员和客房部其它业务领域工作技能的复合型人才。
Become a compound talent who master the working skills of room attendants and other business fields of the room department.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
具备客房相关岗位工作经验1 年及以上。
Have one year or more working experience in the same position.
35周岁及以下，条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 35 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
中专及以上学历。
College degree or above,may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
具有操作电脑和其它设备的基本能力。
Preferably have basic knowledge in computer/cashiering machine.
身体健康，能够适应长时间的工作。
Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
具备良好的沟通能力。
Good communication skill.
