【Job Responsibilities】
Responsible for the daily operation management of the hotel's guest room areas, ensuring service quality and hygiene standards meet hotel requirements.Supervise and guide room attendants, assign tasks, and inspect completion to ensure efficient operations.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, promptly identifying and resolving facility or equipment issues to maintain a clean and safe environment.Address guest complaints and special requests, providing timely and professional solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Assist in developing and implementing training plans for the housekeeping department to improve staff service skills and professionalism.Manage guest room supplies inventory, control costs, and ensure adequate stock while avoiding waste.Maintain effective communication with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Engineering) to coordinate and resolve operational issues.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors to ensure departmental goals are achieved smoothly.
【Job Requirements】
Basic knowledge of hotel management or related fields; experience in housekeeping services or hotel operations is preferred.Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing a team and collaborating with various departments.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, able to complete tasks to a high standard.Strong adaptability to handle emergencies and guest complaints appropriately.Physically fit and able to adapt to shift work schedules.Willingness to learn and participate in hotel industry-related training to continuously enhance professional skills.No negative professional record, with strong professional ethics.
