Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily front desk reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing reservation changes.Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local area information, providing warm and professional service.Address guest complaints and special requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and appropriately.Accurately record and verify room status to ensure real-time updates in the front desk system.Assist the finance department with daily account reconciliation and cash handover procedures.Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area to ensure a pleasant service environment.Cooperate with other departments on ad-hoc tasks, such as assisting Housekeeping with room cleaning coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to treat every guest with enthusiasm and patience.Basic listening and speaking skills in English, capable of handling simple English conversations.Proficient in office software and hotel management systems (Opera system knowledge is a plus).Able to adapt to shift work (including night shifts) and handle high-pressure situations effectively.Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration skills.Previous experience in a hotel front desk or related service industry is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without experience.
