【岗位职责】
1. 熟悉杭州市场的动态、特性及发展趋势。
Be well acquainted with the dynamics, characteristics and development trends of the Hangzhou market.
2. 协助宴会销售总监制定宴会销售战略。
Assist the Director of Events Management in formulating event sales strategies.
3. 负责宴会市场调查、客户业务分析、按行业制定季节性促销活动、设计差异化宴会销售方案,推动高利润业务增长。
Be responsible for event market research, customer business analysis, formulating seasonal promotional activities by industry, designing differentiated event sales plans, and driving the growth of high-profit businesses.
4. 对接及维护销售协作伙伴的客户群。
Connect with and maintain the customer base of sales buddy.
5. 定期分析宴会销售数据及宴会客户反馈,为宴会销售总监提供支持。
Regularly analyze event sales data and customer feedback, and provide support to the Director of Events Management.
6. 支援并参与酒店及集团组织的各类活动。
Support and participate in various activities of the property and the group.
7. 执行上级指派的任务,完成销售目标。
Carry out tasks assigned by superiors and achieve sales targets.
8. 在负责的市场区域内,监测并汇报市场及竞争对手动态。
Within the responsible market area, monitor and report on market and competitor conditions.
9. 编制销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便后续工作跟进。
Compile sales reports and ensure the accuracy of market and customer information to facilitate follow-up work.
10. 与不同文化背景的客人和同事进行有效沟通,管理跨文化交流。
Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds, and manage cross-cultural communication.
11. 以专业积极的方式与部门及酒店员工建立起密切关系以促进团队精神和有效的双向沟通。
Establish close relationships with departments and hotel employees in a professional and positive manner to promote team spirit and effective two-way communication.
12. 执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
13. 执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
14. 熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急情况程序。
Be familiar with hotel safety, first aid and fire emergency procedures.
15. 确保充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
Ensure full understanding and compliance with the contents of the employee handbook.
【岗位要求】
1. 大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
2. 至少1年酒店同岗位工作经验。
At least 1 years of work experience in the same position in hotels.
3. 熟练使用电脑办公软件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
4. 良好的中英文读写能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
