【岗位职责】

-申请维修程序
-节约能源计划
-安装危险警示标志
-水处理程序
-对下属员工进行培训
-零件和材料控制
-总体安全程序
To responsible for the implementation of polices & procedures as follows :
-preventive maintenance program
-fire & life safety program
-work request program
-energy conservation program
-safety tag program
-water treatment program
-training program for associates directly under his supervision
-parts and materials control
-physical security program
2.保证日常运行的准确，高效和准时，并维护机电设备。提供技术支援领导员工进行故障原因分析并进行抢修。
To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
3.按照维修工作的需求制订每天，每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
4.根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作，努力提高生产力，不断完善工作方法和程序。
Constantly determines opportunity for improving productivity and quality from associates in term of utilization, methods and performance.
5.经常评估系统和设备运行状况，以便及时调整和改进。
Constantly evaluate the systems, plants operation for modification and improvement.
6.根据人手情况，营业情况，季节情况和法规要求安排预防维护计划和需求。
To develop preventive maintenance schedule plan and requirement based on labor availability, business cycle, seasonal considerations, code requirement, etc.
7.根据现实情况优先安排某些预防维护计划，例如对于酒店运作比较重要的设备。维修和需更换花费较多的设备，具有安全隐患的设备和根据最近频繁故障停机抢修记录需要优先安排维护的设备等。
To establish priorities of preventive maintenance based on factors such as importance of equipment/system to business or operation, repair or replacement cost, safety factor, recent repair history, etc.
8.根据实际情况对预防性维修保养任务表进行调整，包括对工作频率、人力和材料投入的估计和可能发生的特殊情况的预测等等。
To update preventive maintenance tasks, frequencies, labor & material estimates, special conditions, etc.
9.要保证在进行预防性维修保养时所需材料和时间的充足，预先提出零部件采购申请。
To determine materials availability for preventive maintenance with sufficient lead-time for acquisition.
10.协助和执行特殊项目和承包计划。
To assist in coordinating and execution of special projects and contractual work.
11.在紧急情况下执行饭店紧急情况处理程序。
To perform emergency duties as per outline in the hotel emergency procedure.
12.协助行政助理管理仓库和控制存货。包括了解零件和材料来源以及检查其质量。
To assist the executive assistance in store management and inventory control. To involve in parts, materials sourcing and quality checking.

14.完成总工程师安排的其它工作。
To perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Chief engineer.
15.与其它运做部门和本部门员工保持专业和合作的关系。
To maintain professional and cooperative relationships with other operating department and all associates within engineering department.
【岗位要求】
1.有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历。
Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
2.至少3年以上酒店相关岗位工作经验。
At least 3 years of work experience in hotel-related positions.
3.具有全面的技术知识和维修机电系统的技能。
Good all round technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems.
4.熟练使用电脑办公软件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
5.良好的中英文读写能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
