【岗位职责】
1.理解和预测宾客的需要、做到细心周到、具主人翁精神、把事情办好，保持专注当下。
Stay in the moment by understanding and anticipating guests’ needs, being attentive and taking ownership of getting things done.
2.对相关团队负责,做好部门能源控制管理。
Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the energy management.
3.支持和开展相关项目以优化流程及降低能耗。
Supports and initiate programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs.
4.配合部门分析并监督能耗状况及费用支出。
Analyses and monitors energy costs and expenditures for the department.
5.与同事友好合作并对同事、主管、团队给予信任。
Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, and team and across departments.
6.良好的沟通，保证工作气氛。
Communicate well to ensure effective shift hand-overs.
7.见多识广、分享阅历、展现你的风格来创造令人感觉特别的时刻，做到令人难忘。

8.礼貌、迅速高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应，确保宾客感到非常满意。
Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
9.制定预防性维修保养计划，对设施进行维护和保养，保证设施的正常运转。
Carry out preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service.
10.维护酒店设备及器械并作相关记录, 纠正危险情况并及时将潜在的不安全状况向上级主管汇报, 明确工作职责及相关义务，建立健康、安全意识及相关的政策及规定。
Maintains an equipment and machinery record system for the property, Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
11.负责客房内的 PMM 工作。
Attend PMM work in the guest room.
【岗位要求】
1.获得职业培训以及 2 年在任何类型的室内装修方面的工作经验，有 1 年酒店从业经验者优先，或同等的教育和工作经验。
Obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in any types of interior decoration work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.持有法律规定要求的职业资格认证和许可。
Professional certification and license if required by law.
3.熟悉工程设备的使用与维护，具备一定的技术能力和专业知识
Skilled in the operation and maintenance of engineering equipment, with a solid foundation of technical and professional knowledge.
4.责任心强，对工作认真负责
Highly responsible and committed.
