【岗位职责】
1.按酒店规定时间与流程,为各部门员工办理制服、布草的收发登记工作,做到 “收发有记录、账物相符”,对异常情况及时上报。
Handle the registration of the receipt and issuance of uniforms and linens for employees of various departments in accordance with the hotel's specified time and procedures, ensure "all receipts and issuances are recorded and accounts match physical items", and promptly report any abnormal situations.
2.对接各部门收集物资需求及调整建议,协调外部洗涤供应商、采购商,解决合作中的问题,保障供应链顺畅。
Liaise with various departments to collect material demand and adjustment suggestions, coordinate with external laundry suppliers and purchasers, resolve issues arising from cooperation, and ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
3.密切关注客户需求和市场动态,根据客人的反馈和需求调整、创新服务内容,提升客人的体验感。
Pay close attention to customer needs and market dynamics, adjust and innovate service content based on customers' feedback and demands, so as to enhance customers' sense of experience.
4.按时出勤,根据酒店的仪容仪表规范,着装整齐并保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。
Attend work on time, dress neatly in accordance with the hotel's grooming and appearance standards, and maintain a high level of personal hygiene and professional image.
5.执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
6.执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
7.熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急情况程序。
Be familiar with hotel safety, first aid and fire emergency procedures.
8.充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
Fully understand and comply with the contents of the employee handbook.
