【岗位职责】
1.按酒店规范完成客房日常清洁,保持通透洁净。
Complete the daily cleaning of guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and maintain a transparent and clean environment.
2.对接客房、餐饮、会议等部门,同步清洁需求,协同完成服务保障。
Liaise with departments such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Conferences, synchronize cleaning requirements, collaborate to complete service support。
3.有处理突发事件的能力,能根据酒店相关标准及要求,快速处理突发事件。
Having the ability to handle emergencies, and being able to deal with them quickly in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements of the hotel.
4.按时出勤,仪容仪表符合酒店规范,着装整齐并保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。
Be punctual for work, maintain a grooming and appearance that complies with hotel standards, dress neatly, and uphold a high level of personal hygiene and image.
5.执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
6.执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
7.熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急情况程序。
Be familiar with hotel safety, first aid and fire emergency procedures.
8.确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
Ensure that employees fully understand and comply with the contents of the employee handbook.
【岗位要求】
1.初中及以上学历。
Junior high school education or above.
2.熟练使用智能手机。
Proficient in using smartphones.
3.良好的中文读写能力。
Chinese reading and writing skills is good.
