To work with the F&B team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. To be prepared to work flexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food and Beverage team. Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

1. Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests
以支持和灵活的态度与其他员工紧密合作,着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度
2. Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures
根据所定的程序接受点菜并为客人服务食品及饮料
3. Knowledge of all POS and cashiering functions
熟悉操作POS终端以及和收银相关的功能
4. Ensures all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements
根据部门营运指南要求确保部门内所有餐饮物品、设备和其他设施得到妥善保管和维护
5. Proficient and knowledge of all menus to include our selection of Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine, spirits and cocktails
熟练掌握菜单并能介绍其选择包括食品,酒水,啤酒,葡萄酒,烈酒和鸡尾酒
6. Up-sells beverage to increase the revenue
促销饮品以提高营业收入
7. Reports any difficulties or problem to Superior / Assistant Manager for solution or follow up actions
向餐厅主管/副理报告所有困难及问题,以便跟进和解决
