1. Greet guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner, and try to know and address guests by name.

2. Register and arrange rooms for all visitors according to established procedures.

3. Familiar with department standard working procedures.

4. Check in, check out and room move and ensure that all information is fully entered into the hotel computer system in accordance with the reservation

5. Maintain cash on hand limit and ensure accurate daily reporting of cash received.

6. Cash personal and traveler's checks for hotel guests and assist in foreign exchange.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位要求
1.A minimum of 1 year as Front Desk Agent in a similar size hotel
应具备在相当规模酒店1年前台工作的经验
2.Good in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通话及英语的口语和写作能力
3.Good communication
良好的沟通技能
