职位描述 Job Description
1. 仓库备品管理,设备维修、保养申请,确保餐厅得到妥善的保养和维修。
Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.
2. 确保对破损进行高效管理,向运作部门提供不断的反馈,以减少破损及丢失。
Ensures that breakages are administered so as to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.
3. 严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。并且确保所有的厨房都设施完善。
Strictly controls inventories and par stocks in the operation for all operating equipment, Food and Beverage, FF&E items and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
4. 协助对所有的设施和供应商进行每月检查。
Assists to conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
5. 管理物资申请,库存,定期检查仪器的操作情况。
Controls the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
6. 确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。
Ensures that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.
7. 保证为所有食品生产部门提供洁净和干燥的厨房用具。
Ensures that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
任职条件 Criteria:
1. 3 年以上高端酒店管事管理经验,熟悉凯悦运营标准、餐具损耗及后场管控流程
Over 3 years stewarding management experience in luxury hotels, familiar with Hyatt standards, tableware loss control and back-of-house management
2. 精通预算、库存、成本管控,掌握后厨食品安全与设备维保规范
Proficient in budget, inventory and cost control; familiar with kitchen food safety and equipment maintenance standards
3. 具备人员招聘、培训、排班管理能力,擅长跨部门协作,认同凯悦企业文化
Experienced in recruitment, training and scheduling; good at cross-department coordination and recognizes Hyatt corporate culture
