-在轮班期间,需要负责设备的维护、准备小吃以及进行持续的清洁工作,以确保服务的顺利进行。
- 工作结束时,负责清洁酒吧休息区,并协助整理各类材料和产品,以确保酒吧区域一尘不染,为第二天的营业做好准备。
-向上级汇报客人投诉情况,以便在自己无法直接处理时迅速有效地给出解决方案。
- 若部门经理有要求,将履行其他职责/任务
-营造一个有利于建立成功安全文化的工作环境。
-负责确保其团队能够实施并维持有效的工作场所监督与管理。

- Assures an excellent table service, promotes new sales in order to
increase the Bar revenue and improve guests satisfaction in accordance
with the Bar manual
- Cleans and sets up the assigned Bar lounge with the proper materials
and sanitation rules to guarantee the beginning of the service。
- During the shift helps to keep the set-up, to prepare snacks and provides
continuous cleaning to guarantee the service。
- At the end of the shift cleans the Bar lounge and helps to store materials
and products in order to guarantee that the Bar area is spotless and
ready for the next day
- Reports to the superior guests’ complaints to provide a fast and effective
solution in case he/she cannot address them directly。
- Performs other duties / tasks if required by Line Manager 1
Facilitate a work environment that supports a successful safety culture.
Is responsible for ensuring that his/her team implements and
maintains an effective supervision and management of workplace.
- Enforce and promote Safety procedures in the team/Department
under responsibility
